SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

ORDERS

After you place an order on our secure site, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Most in stock orders will be shipped media mail by the US Post office for orders up to 70 pounds. Orders over 70 pounds will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless otherwise instructed. Standard US Post Office media mail and UPS rates apply. "2-day air" and "Overnight" options are also available. Please contact us by e-mail if you want to select one of these options. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your purchase. Large orders may require an alternate carrier for shipping.

Actual delivery times will vary according to US Post Office and UPS Zone and availability of product. Occasionally, shipping times will be longer due to holiday seasons, special orders, out of stock orders, or other unforeseen event beyond our control. We will notify you if an item is back ordered, discontinued or no longer available.

Temporarily out of stock items will be back ordered and shipped immediately upon arrival in the warehouse. Occasionally some items may be back ordered for as long as 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total of the items purchased and before the application of any discounts.

GUARANTEES

Any product with a manufacturing defect may be returned for a free replacement of same or comparable product within one year from date of purchase. Contact Support@BibleCentralStation for errors or manufacturer's defects.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are non-returnable EXCEPT for any errors or manufacturing defect, which may be returned for a free replacement of same or comparable product within one year of date of purchase. If it is determined that it was our error, the return shipping charge will be refunded to you. You should expect to receive your refund in four weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of an order must be placed within 2 days of the order being placed. Any shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to orders placed prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please e-mail us at support@BibleCentralStation.com.

Please remember to purchase the appropriate insurance to ensure that your merchandise arrives safely or is covered if damaged during shipping.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Jewelry

All jewelry will be shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority mail.
